Made from triple twisted certified organic Himalayan sheep’s wool and rubberised with natural rubber, this is a strong, long-lasting gardening twine that is also fully biodegradable. It comes in cones of 100m in length.

The naturalrubberis sourced from a small rubber plantation in India. The workers receive a Fair Trade premium to help improve their working and living conditions.

The wool is fromThe Sangla Valley in theHimalayanhigh valleys bordering Tibet in which organically certified flocks of sheep are kept. Sheep keepers and shepherds have been trained here for over 2 years and certification has been carried out. Today they can boast of being the first in India to produce certified organic virgin sheep’s wool.
