Ideal for uneven surfaces, the 48″Xcluder Automatic DoorBottom (ADB) features an aluminum case surrounding a movable drop-barseal. The drop-bar seal is actuated by aplunger which contacts the jamb as the door is closing, forcing the drop-barseal down against the floor./threshold, creating a secure seal.

The drop-bar seal actuation mechanism causes the drop-barseal to always actuate on the hinge side first.This feature prevents the seal from skidding along the floor/thresholdwhile the door is being closed. Doorhang up will not occur.

The rubber seal is filled with patented Xcluder fillfabric to provide dependable protection against rodents and the elements.
